Paraben Free
Many creams and lotions contain synthetic preservatives such as Propylparaben, Methylparaben and Butylparaben, which are toxic but widely used in the cosmetics industry. Our products contain only natural preservatives that are used by aromatherapists.
There is a growing concern about the use of parabens in cosmetics in relation to the increased risk of breast cancer. For more information on the dangers of parabens, search the net with the keywords ‘dangers of parabens’.
Many creams contain parabens, even though they claim to be ‘natural’.
Many companies selling their own brands do not publish all ingredients, only selected ones, so you do not even know what you are getting!

About Our Ingredients
All Venus Naturals creams and lotions start with an aromatherapy base which consists of purified water, hydrosols (steam distilled floral waters), vegetable oils, a natural emulsifier (thickener) and natural preservatives.
To this we add aromatherapy grade essential oils that are specifically selected for each product for their therapeutic benefits.
Many of our products require additional ingredients such as therapeutic herbal oils which we make ourselves in a proprietary process that produces the highest concentrations for greatest benefit.
Other ingredients are highly specific to the product, such as pure pycnogenol extract (for Venus Pycnogenol Cream), pseudocollagen (plant based collagen for Venus Cellagen), seaweed serum (for Firm Contours), MSM (for Pain-Eez) etc.
Venus skin fresheners (toners) are made only with hydrosols and essential oils, with no alcohol or plain water added.
